Job details:

• To excavate the ground for the floor slab, compact with type 1 limestone and polythene
• Lay 100mm thick concrete slab with steel reinforced mesh, construct the garage, single skin in blockwork
• Construct the roof from timber, Felt, tile and baton the roof
• Supply and install PVC fascia, soffit and guttering
• Tile the roof to match the existing house
• Supply and install 1 UPVC window
• Install garage door
• Render the external blockwork
• Re-instate the ground, landscape and make good.
