Porch Extension in Fordingbridge

This porch extension project involved a variety of building tasks, including:

• To excavate footing and fill with concrete, construct the brickwork up to D.P.C. After excavating for the floor, apply type 1 stone and compact
• Double polythene the floor, insulate and pour the concrete slab
• Construct the brickwork (with matching bricks) up to the wall plate
• Construct the timber roof
• Supply and install UPVC fascia and guttering
• Felt, baton and tile the roof
• Supply and install a lead upstand
• Supply and install 1 UPVC door and 2 flag windows
• Internally insulate the roof space
• Plasterboard the walls and ceiling and skim
• Supply and install 1 radiator, to be run of the existing heating system
• Finish with skirting boards, re-instate driveway/pathway.
